                  CANCER CARE
1-800-813-hope(4673) They will provide financial assistance should you qualify. They will also have a reference book to send you that is really informative. 
   PATIENT ADVOCATE FOUNDATION
Co-Pay relief: 1-866-512-3861.I Found to be great with their Co-Pay programs though you do have to qualify and if approved they are very efficient with payents.Email: pap@patientadvocate.org
