Customer/Cardholder Agreement:

Downloads: All late downloads are immediate with the exception of any fully purchased

CD, which will be delayed and emailed directly to the customer within 48 hours of receipt

of purchase, this is for security purposes. For any late download not received under these

conditions you must email customer service at ms@kennedy-carter-productions.com , so

that a copy can be emailed to you immediately.

All late download sales are final.

All Hard copy CD's will be mailed to the customer within 5 to 7 business

days and any damaged items must be returned by customer within 30 days for any

exchange required.

All memberships require a 48 hour activation period to receive discounted items, and all

gifts will be mailed to customers within 5 to 7 business days. Any damaged items

must be returned by the original customer within 30 days for any and all exchanges.

It is our DUTY to ensure that all customers are completely satisfied. Therefore,

should you have any questions regarding your order Please contact customer

service at ms@kennedy-carter-productions.com so that we may resolve any issues

you might have.

Please allow 5 to 7 Business days for shipping and handling.

Some items may require special handling and take up to 3 or 4 weeks for delivery.

All instrument Mouthpiece & Reed sales are final and there is a $15.00 restocking fee for cancellations.
